What is the process? Antidote DC does not sell any marijuana. We gift to consumers of 21+ years old who purchase one of our other products with a valid state ID under the Initiative 71 (I-71) Law. You will have to call or text 202.257.8326 for more information. We reserve the right to deny orders.

Step by Step Process

• Head over to antidotegiftsdc.com to create a personal AntidoteDC account. You will have to upload your ID while holding it next to your face to show the ID picture match your face. 
• Once approved, you will be able to place pick up/delivery orders at your convenience. You can choose between store pick up or delivery in Washington DC ($20 delivery fee applies).
• Pick out your desired gifts, proceed to checkout and fill out any additional information needed. 
• Choose your order type (delivery or free in-store pick up). You will be able to choose date and time frame for your order. 
• Wait for confirmation email and enjoy your order!

Do You Deliver? Yes

Where do you deliver to? We deliver in Washington, DC city limits only. We do NOT deliver to federal grounds (ie parks, the national mall) or across the Anacostia river. If you are out of our delivery range, we will always offer to provide a safe public place to do delivery.

What are your delivery hours? We deliver between 12PM-7:30PM 7 days a week. If your order is put in after 7:30PM you can choose to pickup from our store location or have it delivered the next day.

What payment options do you have? We currently only accept cash. Drivers will not have any change. 

How much can I be gifted at once? Each person can only be gifted up to two ounces within a 24 hour period.

What is your return policy? All sales are final and do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
